One-on-One
One-on-One Personal Training is available for all ages. Each session lasts 60 minutes long and is tailored to each individuals goals. Most sessions will consist of a warm-up, resistance training exercises, cardiovascular endurance exercises, balance/coordination exercise, core strength exercises, flexibility training and a cool-down. Depending on the clients fitness level will determine the intensity of the workout.

A lot of people say that they are scared to go into a conventional gym because they are not happy with their bodies and don't want other people to stare. At The Training Station, you are the only one there working out.

Buddy Training
Although it is highly recommended training on your own, buddy training is also available. Buddy training is where 2 people work out together during a training session.
