Fitness Consultations with Exercise Prescription

Fitness Consultations

This is your time to ask the questions! Fitness consultations can last anywhere from 45-60 minutes depending on the client. Every client will fill out a Par-Q and a health history questionnaire before making their appointment. This gives the trainer a little background needed to make the consultation even more tailored to the clients needs.
Along with the consultation, an exercise prescription is given. This may be ideal for the client who already has a gym membership but is unsure of what to do there. Additionally, this may be ideal for the client that may not be able to afford a one-on-one trainer but still needs the additional help. This is the program for you.

  • Nutrition profile overview
  • Fitness profile overview
  • 8 week exercise program*
  • Daily stretching protocol

*It is higly recommended that for anyone interested in getting a fitness consultation, to do perform the fitness assessment first*
